You CAN however edit it however you please for icons, banners, non-profit blog themes, etc. So long as it's free and no profit is made you may also print it or gift it as you desire.

My work absolutely may not be used in the creation of NFTs or for use in training AI regardless of whether or not you purchase the work for personal or commercial use. This is not negotiable.

I offer options to have my work printed on merchandise such as stickers, posters, t-shirts, mugs, etc for an additional fee. Contact me for a discussion if this interests you.

By agreeing to the non-commercial prices listed above, you also agree that I am allowed to show and post the work publicly at my own discretion and that I am able to use them for self-referential marketing purposes. To ensure the piece will be kept unlisted, purchasing it at a commercial price is required. You may request to have your name kept anonymous at no charge.

By agreeing to the non-commercial prices listed above, you acknowledge that it is non-negotiable that my personal signature will be placed somewhere on the piece in a non-intrusive way and that you may not remove or alter it unless it is explicitly for something like an icon or banner. If you wish for it to have no signature, purchasing it at a commercial price will be required.

I retain the right to deny any subject matter for any reason. Contact me for discussion if you want your commission to include mature and/or adult (drugs, gore, "NSFW", etc) themes. This includes "SFW fetishes".

Hate propaganda toward any person, race, religion (or lack thereof), sexual and/or gender identity, group, country, character or franchise is NOT acceptable.

If possible, please provide image references of the characters you want me to draw. If not, I require a detailed description.

I will do style matching, both in illustration and in coloring, if desired. References of the style of your choice are mandatory. I can do most cartoon and anime styles, but not realism.

I will draw humans, anthros, animals, robots, etc. Pretty much anything is on the table.

If you're commissioning me for collaborative work, you must have the consent of the person whose lineart you would like me to color.

Once the details of the commission are agreed upon a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the rest of it sent upon completion. I will show you a low-resolution thumbnail preview to you as proof of its completion, then give you the full resolution piece once the other half of the payment is received. This is not negotiable.

You acknowledge that once work on the commission has begun that the deposit is no longer refundable.

I will keep in touch with you during the creation process so that any changes you would like to have made can be done early on. If any changes aren't caught early and extravagant changes are asked to be made further along in the process, or excessive amounts of revision are asked for, additional charges may incur for the extra time this involves. Please be aware that no further changes will be made once the artwork is deemed complete.
