TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Payment must be rendered prior to the beginning of the project. Paypal only.

  • No artwork can be used in the creation of NFTs or for use in training AI.

  • The artist retains the right to display and promote all artwork.

  • The client may not claim ownership, edit, or profit in any way from the artwork. Non-commercial non-contractual work is strictly for personal use only.

  • The client has the option for the artist to offer the artwork to them on physical merchandise such as a poster, sticker, or mug for an additional fee.

  • Commercial work is subject to additional terms and contracts.

  • The client acknowledges that once the piece is agreed upon as being finished, no further work will be done without an additional charge.

  • I am committed to your project. If I cannot complete it, I will issue a refund.

  • Communication is conducted via DM (Discord preferred) or email. The artist will keep in contact with the client with weekly updates, during which the client will be able to give input and request changes.

  • The client acknowledges that if any desired changes aren't caught early and/or excessive amounts of revision are asked for, additional charges may be incurred.
